Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near KL Sentral station, making it easy to explore the city and offers class facilities for shopping. The rooms are smaller than expected but provide basic amenities. However, there may be some food smells from the downstairs restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making my move to a deluxe room smooth and efficient. The dining options may not be very diverse or appetizing, but the original dishes are decent.
I stayed at the hotel and found it to have some pros and cons. The rooms were good for one person but a bit small for two, and unfortunately, my room had no window. However, the location was very convenient with easy access to transport connections. The Indian food for breakfast didn't quite fit my taste as a Vietnamese traveler, but the hotel staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel is just across KL Sentral, which was convenient for my travels.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located with friendly staff and clean rooms, though the dining options were limited. Despite that, the pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, despite being a bit crampy for a group of five, were immaculate and well-equipped with an ensuite bathroom, TV, toiletries, and a coffee and tea kettle. The service was exceptional, especially from the Door man and the Receptionist, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for accessing public transportation and exploring the city, although the dining options were limited to basic offerings. Overall, it was a decent stay with some drawbacks but great value for money.
