Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not clean and had some space challenges, but they were quiet, spacious, with clean beds and well-appointed attached bathrooms. The service was a blend of helpfulness during check-in and rudeness during breakfast. The location was the only plus, being close to the city center and transport stations, although it could get crowded. The dining options were limited, but the breakfast variety was good. Overall, an average stay with both positives and negatives.
The hotel had a central location close to the main railway station, making it convenient for short stays. However, the rooms were not ideal with old carpets, minimal views, and being too cold, but the friendly service made up for it. The dining was basic, and the facilities were modest. It offers decent value for a short stay near the train station.
The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with a nice view. Despite the coziness, they are comfortable and cheerful. However, sometimes I got a different room type than I booked. The service was slow and staff seemed more interested in each other than assisting guests. The location is excellent, with easy access to many attractions and an underground station nearby. The dining experience was basic, and some may find it disappointing. The facilities were adequate.
The hotel offers basic rooms located on the highest floor, with a mix-up in room type. They also provide convenient airport transportation for a reasonable fee. The service, despite not accepting credit cards right away during an early morning ride, turned out to be pleasant and friendly with helpful tour and ticket assistance. The location is advantageous, with easy access to public transport and a reasonable walking distance to the city center. The dining experience offers a continental breakfast with some good items like eggs and sausages, while other ingredients could be of better quality. Additional homemade bread adds a nice touch to the meal.
The hotel offered a cheerful, clean, and comfortable stay, though the rooms were quite small; still very cozy. The location was a standout feature, being near the tram station for easy access to tourist attractions. However, service left much to be desired with unfriendliness and language barriers. Dining was decent but basic, while the price for internet access in rooms was a downside.
I stayed on the 5th floor, facing the main street, and the noise from traffic at the parking area was quite disruptive throughout the day. The hotel appeared different from what was shown in the pictures, and the noise level was particularly high at 3 p.m.
